Trust & Relationships are the two pillars essential for any organization to progress as a company and meet its business objectives. Consider a SaaS Product startup. Each of its teams across the value chain such as Product Development, Marketing, Sales and Support need to trust each other and work together. Building that trust cant happen overnight and is a process that takes time. What can help this process is the culture and ethos of the organization and this is one of the major reasons why startups like Freshworks & Zoho have grown up to be the behemoth of an organization that they are today.

Co creation requires mutual confiabilitily, respect and capacity to share knowlege. Conflits or discussions for differents point of views are normal in a relationship between two individual person or a group. It is very important in a innovative or creation process.

Micro Management is detrimental to the success of any organization. Trusting and getting trusted is a cohesive process. The team mates needs to earn the trust of the manager & vice versa. This is where the leadership team especially in startups needs to lead from the front and walk the talk when it comes to adhering to the company ethos and culture.

Very good response from everyone and I agree with the responses. There are a couple of more aspects I would like to highlight (1) Each team member should learn more and more about other team members capabilities/skill sets a limitations at that moment which they can overcome later. If feasible, then collaborate and help them to overcome their limitations and it would further build the trust. (2) Keep patience to listen to each other till the point that the person talking feels valued and then they would be transparent and open to take feedback. Or in other words, Empathy is a must to have.
