It is a quite odd formulation for factor analysis and privacy concerns, however it may have a valid point, if we talk about true anonymization of factor scores. It is a well established fact in the market that due to the unique combinations of even high dimensional features, certain set of values may belong to a handful of individuals if not one, even in a population of millions. This uniquness somehow translate also into the factor scores with almost no further mitigation for most of the cases. Therefore, an anonymzation layer following factorization might be a good idea.

You don't need particularly platforms with additional anonymization tools, if you are happy with the overall settings. You don't need also to be cryptography expert neither. You can set very basic but effective encryption/decryption step in your pipelines.

Based on the context, objectives and aspects like how much of data you need to reveal and how, you may consider synthetic datasets at the end for a proper anonymization. Certain personal indicators like age, residence city etc reveal a lot. And if your setting necessitates that these data should be exposed, at least adhering the true underlying statistics, then synthetic datasets need to be considered.
