How can you ensure data quality with Apache NiFi?

In the EU AI Act final text there will be a specific definition of high quality data that links to data that is relevant and material to the particular AI use case. Part of this inquiry will include an examination of rights and whether the company has the right to use data to train AI models used for High Risk AI use cases (eg critical infrastructure, health, financial, children and educational AI use cases to name a few). There are almost 140 types of High Risk AI use cases identified in AI draft legislation and regulatory frameworks around the world. You will want to make sure you know what those are!

Definitions are a great thing. That’s kind of why when you work with attorneys we never take the word written at face. Is there a definition section? Follow it. It depends on your desire to implement data quality controls but look towards a definition in a framework, internal policy or regulation. There a couple of laws out there that you may be subject to anyways.

Data Quality is a very complex concept: it covers everything from different data definition and lineage expectations (which is not necessarily a mistake - it just requires training) to fat fingers (which is clearly a mistake).
