For us to have fewer losses of talent, it's not enough to have a good ATS or system to take advantage of its AI or algorithms, but the candidate also needs to fill out their qualifications in full. Our screening work will only end when ALL candidates know how to fill out a complete CV, we can use the best ATS / system, but if there is no TA dedicated to reading and reviewing, there is no system that will replace us. Therefore, the best tool is the Recruiter, he will have the feeling to know how the tools he is using work and how he can do better. No need to apply tests etc.

In order to have a good funnel, first we start with more generalized searches and then we apply more filters, and then we will have the best-placed candidates, according to Job Desc. What should happen is that different systems can read different CV templates, but LinkedIn is proving to be very efficient at this, at having parity with different ATSs. #LinkedIn

No matter how many AIs appear, if candidates still don't fill out their CVs in a clean and correct manner, the Recruiter will be the one to filter out companies, expectations, job descriptions, know how to interpret information from different CV templates and so on.
