Use more stories to make points too as this adds variety. Being conversational is also good to remember. Being professional doesn't mean speaking so formally that it becomes robotic. As has been mentioned, getting the audience involved is vital. This can also mean that we state what the audience is likely feeling. Keep it short! If you said the presentation is 40 minutes, finish earlier! This will avoid people dropping off at the end.
