Company Wiki is the way to go. But it needs input from everyone… So should really have a step in your process for “information harvesting” after a project (although it’s best to contribute during). Problem: This takes time and there’s no Perceived Value by most businesses. So although the tech is no brainer, it’s the people, process and culture that are generally the real obstacles.
