I manage a team with members in the US and India. To improve communication, I created a meeting called "Portfolio Day" where each member discussed their weekly work. I noticed the engagement was lacking, so I changed the focus to "What did you learn?" and "Who did you help?" I also assigned a weekly leader. The team loved this and added an "icebreaker" to the meeting. Now, the team eagerly anticipates the meeting and looks forward to being the weekly leader.

Y lo transformamos en lecciones aprendidas.
