Portanto a qualidade de entrega e o controle de medi??es e custos devem ser o foco da manuten??o do contrato e devem está amarrados a cláusulas padr?es e também específicas para cada subcontratado. In my brief experience as a construction project manager, understanding and aligning with the expectations of subcontractors has been crucial. What's always helpful is to always try and create a collaborative community with subcontractors. They have their own operating system that I try to familiarize myself with so that I can understand the kind of service they provide.

L'utilisation de la sous traitance permet à l'entreprise de répondre à des affaires plus importantes en nombre, en taille et en délais réduit. Même si la marge brute est moindre 75% en interne contre 30% avec sous traitant, elle est connu à la signature des marchés et n'engage pas de ressource interne ou très peu (admin, suivi). When you're checking out possible subcontractors, make sure to look at how loyal and honest their operations manager is, considering what they've done before. Choose a team that not only has good prices but also works smoothly and independently during construction. Smooth teamwork is crucial for successfully reaching project goals.

I've found that trade partners prefer honest and clear communication over what we call "false positive." If you are fair and consistent with your actions/words, you will be held in high regard.

Honesty is the best policy towards sub-contractors......All qualifications and certifications must available to contractors for review so they can see the kind of standard my company upholds because I believe any contractor on site should be on the same level as the principal contractor with regard to performance and quality.

In my experience, the better way to coordinate the contractors is to convey the project expectations, daily targets and recommendations along with the specific quality control, HSE considerations and consequences before signing the contract and mobilization. Also should include all the inclusions and exclusions in the contract so that the further confusions and discrepancies can be avoided.

One thing I have found helpful in dealing with sub-contractors is to constantly engage them especially when it's not domestic but nominated by the client.

Beyond the immediate project details, it's essential to consider the long-term relationships built with subcontractors. Discussing how I fostered positive relationships, encouraged open communication, and ensured fair and timely payments can provide a more comprehensive view of my management style. A sub-contractor has to be paid for the kind of work they do.....A service provided on time and with upmost respect to quality has to remunerated accordingly. Project deadlines met on time or ahead of time is always good for business....and sets you apart from competitors.
