One effective way to test the quality of your AR user education materials is to measure how much it solves user problems. Imagine you create an AR-based user material for an instrument that is complex to install and operate. Now, if out of 100 units sold, only 10 of them need you to send manual assistance compared to, let's say, 50 of them without an AR manual guide, it is a success. Besides, you could conduct review and feedback sessions on a sample of potential users. You could be collecting feedback from existing users to whom you send out the newly done AR education materials. All of these could make your knowledge base and self-help guides effective, bringing down the need for manual assistance significantly!
