The most important thing is that people have to understand that there are different personality types and that there are different likes, dislikes, strengths, weaknesses and that different people will respond to things differently. Personality tests are only valuable if people receive specific training on it. Reframing is also a very powerful technique that can help people to understand that everyone has shortcomings and how important it is to find the positive aspects of a person. Why? How we think about a person will create a specific energy, and it will affect the way we communicate. What does energy mean? Imagine this… If you are afraid of a dog, will the dog feel it? Of course. The same is true for people.

Schulung und Coaching ist elementar, bitte aber nicht mit sog. Beraterinnen oder Berater, die bringen nicht viel. Ja, der Teamleader muss das umsetzen. Das Team muss spüren, dass er brennt, sonst kann er kein Feuer im Team erzeugen. Und ein Team, was nicht brennt, wir keinen oder kaum Erfolg haben.
