I have a somewhat particular opinion about this process of collecting user feedback. In my practical experience, users' willingness to dedicate time to provide feedback on the use of an application is generally very low. I use a more simplified strategy for the user, where they are simply informed that they can accept or decline the collection of some information about their navigation through the application. I then create a heat map that records the points clicked and the viewing times of each screen.

Future scalability is really important as we know the growth has been really rapid around the sectors like AR, VR and AI and if you don’t discuss this with your clients then the end user might shift to a different platform once the experience is upscaled. It gives them a boost and confidence on their product that this will not turn down in the future as the user needs changes extensively when this specific sector grows.

Any developer who actually creates solutions for the Augmented Reality market has already faced the need to build user loyalty in using their app. A very interesting way to create this loyalty is to implement download features for new objects and triggers that may be of interest to the target audience. These launches should be planned and launched periodically, thus creating a sequence of app use.

Always keep in mind that AR has unique strengths. Explain how AR can add value using the real world as a context. Many experiences seem interesting in AR but could work just as fine, if not better, on a simple flat screen, or simply in VR, with no real use for reality. In the end everything boils down to minimizing the time invested on a particular task and/or reducing errors while performing it.
