Just as an example, you could take the SBI model: Situation, Behavior, Impact. Your focus needs to remain on unbiased and observable truths. Remove your assertions and assumptions and lay out what is objectively true.

3 Challenge your mentee

Another way to develop your mentee's cybersecurity skills is to challenge them with new and interesting tasks, projects, or scenarios. Challenging your mentee can help them expand their horizons, apply their skills in different contexts, and discover new areas of interest or expertise. You can introduce them to your network, your experience, examples, Considering!!! ?? That all should have a m Meaning, Value, Availability for the person, Goal and Situation. ??Maybe not the best to ?? introduce a less sport oriented Mentee to ? Football club peers of you, or ??talk to a Non-smoker or Non-Vegan how many friends and advices you got from your ?? They may also benefit from improving their communication, creativity, leadership or other relevant soft skills. Encourage them ro improve both!
