The PV generation has a big challenge, understand that low LCOE means low Capacity Factors, and at the end highest average of canibalization hours. But PV is considered the high scored renewable source for self consume, but self consume is not self sufficiency. The point is that low LCOE from PV doesn't involve a low cost of System Energy. For PV promoters this doesn't is relevant, because the are solving their own business, not the System problem solving ... All this corollaries can be demonstrated with modelling the different PV generation locations and solutions with trackers or standalone layouts... But a new step is needed for promoters, to understand the PV future. The scope is the hybridization with storage and other RE sources

Desde o meu inicio profissional na Eletropaulo eu sempre trabalhei com banco Capacitor e acredito que seja até hoje um dos equipamentos mais perigosos da subesta??o. Com o aumento da necessidade de montagem de filtros de Harmonica acredito que somamos um grande risco operacional para o pessoal de O&M. Visando a redu??o dos risco de choque eletrico nesse equipamento eu costumo recomendar a instala??o de fechaduras eletronicas interligadas ao rele de prote??o que só liberem o acesso apos um tempo minimo de descarga do Banco.

Don't mind the gap, find the gap! Look for an area that is not being paid any attention to but should. Then, take steps to address that gap. Maybe the area a solar farm is in has high potential for venomous snake encounters, however, nobody seems to ever mention it nor are there snake chaps available for workers. Rock that boat and make people pay attention. By the time somebody gets bit it is too late.

Be it fundamentals of solar energy, economics, value chain, understanding of overall business environment, growth potential for solar energy sector, policy and regulations, trade relations and keep oneself up to date.
