with my 25 years of experience having qualities of good leader will help to achieve common goal much better than holding quality of Manager. on other hand when its comes to decision making, we keep up our interpersonal skills as a manager. I got opportunities to work with number of blessed teams and leading the team, appreciate them what they do, encourage them for career advancement, be with them when something odd happend , will motivate them and they make sure all done in time. team work is the pillar of any organization.

As soon as possible in one's career path it's important to get as much as possible familiarized with the financials of, in the beginning, the department you're working at and then slowly, as you build confidence and acumen in the department' s financials then start expanding that learning across other departments. When possible, and in my experience, this was always possible, the young professionals can ask for some time to shadow the controller or assistant controller to learn how reports are created and what are the key elements of creating a P&L and P&L analysis. This will help go a long way and helps build a much deeper understanding on the hotel's financials.

Conocer modelo de administración de negocio de un hotel . La rentabilidad . Capital Humano . Tipo de Cliente . Políticas y proceso . Sistemas de índices de gestión en la hospitalidad de esta forma tendremos una visión global del negocio y las finanzas.

Sin duda la herramienta màs importante y en la cual debemos de tener un nivel de habilidad alto es en el uso y manejo de sistemas y Software. Saber interpretar todo los reportes financieros será la clave y así poder garantizar con mucha precisión los mismos.

Existen enumerarles Proceso y procedimientos muy rigurosos dentro del mismo, los cuales se deben de cumplir de al 100%. se requiere de una escucha activa por parte del Contralor y Contador general para resolver las dudas del staff, y al mismo tiempo aclararlas.
