Idea Validation is the MOST important way to start your startup. When I started on my own to build my company qBotica, I was trialing out a couple of ideas more like A-B test, met and spoke to several experts in the respective areas. I showed them a deck which had the idea, the WHYs of why am I starting and why this idea is needed by its customers, the feedback that we received formed the basis to pursue the route that we ultimately chose to build qBotica. The validation by these experts truly formed the basis for the firm but the success lies in the execution and they MUST follow each other. We should not go down the path of executing the idea and then try to validate, I have seen some people who was shy to validate but ultimately folded.
