Avec des étudiants provenant de tous les coins du monde, le dialogue interculturel est de mise. Vu que la formation des groupes dans la classe se fait au hasard, les échanges et les discussions doivent se faire dans le respect des différences. Les étudiants ont rarement eu le temps de travailler depuis leur arrivée, je les encourage donc à tendre vers le bénévolat afin de les encourager à s'impliquer dans leur communauté.

Dans une classe de fran?ais langue seconde, il va de soi que la communication est primordiale, peu importe le pays, ou la religion. En ce sens, il arrive fréquemment que je demande aux apprenants de partager avec les collègues leurs expériences personnelles comme leur culture, leur histoire et leurs traditions. Je regroupe les étudiants sans penser à leurs origines, les groupes se forment donc de fa?on diversifiée. Résultat: les échanges interculturels sont toujours présents.
