To start, I am not a big fan of the "Lean Six Sigma" Approach. Both mindset and methods are nowadays combined, although their aim is different. You cannot use Six Sigma for every process, as you cannot use Lean methods for each problem. Regarding the roles, whatever methodology you are using, you have to be aware on the complexity of the topic. Less complex topics can be dealt with by less experienced roles to gain more experience and develop their skillset. The more complex and especially in a multi project environment you would probably use more than one role. Some Green Belt Levels for the operational executions, a Black Belt for the result responsibility of the Multiproject, a Master Black Belt for Guidance.
