You can start off by offering personalised recommendations by highlighting value proposition. Create limited time offers and not to forget is to provide excellent customer service.

Show them that you truly understand their business. 2) Timing is everything: Don't push for an upsell too soon. Wait for the right moment when the client is ready to explore additional solutions or products. 3) Highlight the value: Clearly communicate the benefits and added value that come with the upsell. Show how it can solve a pain point or enhance their current experience. 4) Provide social proof: Share success stories or testimonials from other clients who have benefited from the upsell. This builds trust and credibility.

the first and foremost is to understand the customer business<model/workflow/domain whatever> possible. where is your product fitting into current client's business<whatever> now understand which s/w is providing input to your product and which s/w is consuming the output pitch your idea to integrate these or product of your for these or custom solution to develop these.. (this is like Deployment - horizontal / vertical scaling) finally - tell the client w.r.t the above value - You know NPS (Net Promotor Score) - execute the above strategy to your non promoting customer; I am sure that you can turn from non promoting to promoting customer
