Use tools like hotjar and crazyeggs to have a qualitative understanding of what people think about your web apps, and where they click the most. In conclusion, optimization is an ongoing process. When you finally get the "perfect" web app, have in mind that it would also require optimization, and that there's nothing like the "perfect" in web app design.

I would try an AB Testing segmented by geographic area since trends by location and also by preferences can greatly influence, I would review the analytics as more than a click the permanence and use of the web apps, if it is just one click or there is abandonment it is not useful
