Here’s a tip that I’ve learnt after working in the Middle East / Gulf for most of the professional experience . As the Arabic language is written right to left. This implies that at first glance, the Arab/ Middle East native stakeholders also expect for the information to be conveyed to them from left to right. In case you have the option to convey the content of your workflow ( say you presenting it in a ppt/ deck) in Arabic, expect the unexpected and changes are you’ll make a huge impact and genuine stakeholders will appreciate the efforts especially if it’s coming from a non-native Arabic speaker.
