Handle errors gracefully and teach users how to make the most of these features. Keep an eye on how people use it and stay updated with the latest tech. This way, your mobile interface will be easy, efficient, and engaging.

To design mobile interfaces that make the most of voice and chatbot technologies, I like using a fake chatbot pattern for onboarding. In previous projects like Timely and Brickit, we've seen great results. Our onboarding and user retention metrics improved, even up to the 28-day mark. The key here is that the chatbot didn't have a text input field but provided buttons with ready-made responses, making the process user-friendly and effective.
