How can you design land development projects to meet end user needs?

In my experiance,Creating knowlegde of the end user requirements,design from the inside out thats mean starting with most important and central elements of the projects,Communicate effectively with stakeholder by engaging all collaborating with the people who are involved in or affected by the project. Validation of the plans with master engineering by checking the feasibility and cost effectiveness of your development plan. Understanding the customer problem by identinfy the needs and the preferences and expectations of the target market.

Land Development: To develop land depends on current and future scope of markets & area's. land can be develop in many ways, as below. 1.Residential Projects. 2.Commercial projects. 3.Industrial Projects. To develop lands we have to follow-up government land project development policies & rules. with this if needs any implementation, we can request current government Development department through proper channel's. For any projects excellent Infrastructure development such as service roads, airports , railways , Amusenent parks ,educational institutions, Hospitals, shopping malls etc, is the backbone of successful projects. To complete the projects in time , Designers ,planners, Project management cordination is very important.

The most important thing to adapt territorial projects is to identify and seek to meet customer needs. Which can be natural or legal persons. Adjusting products to the market segment and customers means aligning scope, price and deadline in the project.

Before starting the best thing to do is research and to communicate with various stakeholders in the market. Having a depth understanding of the market needs will help our design be realistic. Having a detailed communication with the supplier we can understand project timelime accurately and help our project be more sustainable.

As previously stated, listening to interested parties brings the territorial project in line with expectations. Incorporating different principles will help the owners be more confident in the project. Making it compliant to different standards and regulations, will ensure that the project is safe. As a construction manager, its key role is to ensure that any construction project must comply with regulation and standards by continuously reviewing local and international codes, reviewing and checking construction methodologies and overseeing construction practices and execution from time to time.

Based on actual practice here in the construction industry in the Philippines, most of the shareholders or project owners usually underballing the project. They want lower cost but want a quality output. Cutting the total cost of the project is not that good. This will make the project suffer its quality. Most of the contructors will agree with this type of agreement initialy, but in the long run will ask for different cost adjustment or additionals in the project. Also, constructor typically select lower quality materials to finish the project, on contrary the key primary role of the construction manager is to check, monitor and make sure the completion of the project and make sure that it is compliant with the regulations.
