PO should focus more on what and why of a story rather than the how of it (the implementation details). Try to demonstrate this trait.

To showcase product owner expertise: 1. Provide examples of grooming backlogs, defining stories, and setting priorities. 2. Discuss how you balanced business value and technical feasibility. 3. Explain how you worked cross-functionally to align teams. 4.Share how you incorporated user feedback into backlogs. 5. Talk through release planning and goal setting strategies used. 6. Give examples of removing impediments/blockers for teams. 7. Outline approaches taken to manage stakeholders and drive consensus. 8. Describe typical workflows - standups, retros, reviews. 9. Share lessons learned from sprint failures and successes. Concrete stories demonstrating agile fluency will prove you can collaborate, adapt, and deliver value.

PO is the one with the steering wheel of the team. PO can help develop an agile mindset by focusing on why of the change than what of the change to the team. Always give the perspective for the change and then listen actively to the team to collaboratively prioritise a way forward

If you win on creating right mindset consider 95 percent of work is done. Effectively practicing will better word than Demonstrating. It's all about understanding as PO you not only contribute to What & Why of product also enable/ embrace right mindset & provide all needed support to team to define & develop the How of Product.

Prepare a few examples for the interview, which showcase your impressive PO qualities. -How do you deal with stakeholders who will not take no for an answer? -How do you deal with a team who does not work together as a team? -How do you "calculate" value in your product backlog? This will show not only your experience, but also your logic and reasoning when it comes to problem solving, which is an important skill to possess. If possible, bring examples from projects where different methodologies were applied: Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall... this will also highlight your 360 degree experience when it comes to choosing the best framework for the development of the product.
