Be excited and eager to talk about your accomplishments. If you have completed labs, training, or certifications talk about them. Inform them of how you stay up to date on the latest threats in cyber security. Cyber Security is always changing. By showing the ambition and motivation to learn, you can represent yourself in a manner that you can be valuable to an organization.

It would help if you prepared a scenario where you faced a problem at work or while working on a personal project and talked about how you analyzed the problem and figured out what to learn you learned it and then implemented the solution

For instance, discuss a time when you had to quickly adapt to a new cybersecurity tool or methodology and how you successfully implemented it in a project. It's also beneficial to mention any instances where you had to stay abreast of emerging threats and how you applied that knowledge practically.

In my experience, I learn quickly as I do the job, theories are not for me really. I could read it a thousand times and not understand it, but the moment I DO IT, It becomes part of me instantly I am looking for remote work and remote opportunities in any niche. Build labs, learn something on your whatever job that you could translate to another role in the field.
