This is about understanding how your team works. As time passes through the appraisals processes you become aware of abilities of each member of your team; I currently have 2 members of my team. It lists every task, milestone & clarifies who's responsible, who's accountable & who needs to be consulted or informed. My tips for creating RACI matrix: 1. Clarify meaning of each role 2. I prefer an F1 racing Team/Pit crew analogy. Each member is Responsible/Accountable/Consulted and informed at the outset/before the task is completed. The tires/tire change require coordinated redundancy-this represents the tasks that are responsible to all and of all of the group as a whole. Refueling requires safety and whole team awareness. Driving requires skill and leadership, engineering requires strategy and leadership. Redundancy occurs at the leadership level and the task level. Everyone has the goal to win, and every task must be integrated to that goal.

Feedback Loop is the only way to improve the Organization from its low performance. It may be in any kind and at any time. It will be very effective, if we work on the Patient needs from the beginning of his admission and by providing the exact status of his need(s) by any of the addressing Employee For Eg: If a Patient asked about a Maintenance related service to other than the Maintenance Staff, then the person should to enquire over a phone call about it Infront of the Patient / attendee to the Maintenance Dept, and answer to the Patient query then and there. It will give a good impression in Patient point of view, and ***Mostly we can improve internal communication and bonding between One Department to another Department as well.

Trust between those who manage, and those who are managed is essential to effective feedback and improvement. A large part of establishing trust in the feedback loop's success is effective communication. This can follow the AID model (Action, Impact, development), but all individuals need to be aware of, and constantly monitor, their communication for trust to remain strong. In my personal experience, the better the communication, the better the trust and therefore, the better the efficiency, effectiveness and cooperation of a project. Micromanagement has resulted in the breakdown of trust in organisations. With a feedback loop, and trust in an individuals ability, general productivity can be improved without loss in quality.

Always ensure the task is fully understood. Always provide sufficient authority to the staff for execution. Timely feedback is important to keep a check on milestones being achieved Be flexible. Do not hesitate in taking corrective actions if required.

Engagement is everything: if you don’t have buy-in from those responsible for particular areas then you won’t get results. Empower those in the team that you want to involve and delegate to have a genuine interest in their task by involving them in the development process at the outset, and ensure they get appropriate credit at the end.

In my opinion, in order to delegating tasks to staff, efficiently, management should provide clear and concise directions as well as the desired outcomes of the activities so everyone is on the same page. Once everyone is on the same, it's easier to trust and empower the staff to make the right decisions to complete the tasks at hand. Most staff embrace the opportunity, and make the most of the it because they can identify risks and gaps due to seeing it everyday.
