There are always new things to learn and skills to enhance to advanced or expert levels. 2. Transferable skills training – No matter the industry or position, you always win when you provide your employees with these training opportunities. 3. Technology – Ensure employees stay updated with relevant technology websites or software. 4. Innovation in the industry or profession – Consider belonging to professional organizations and resources that tell us about changes.

There's nothing better than giving your own example while showing benefits of it. One of the best ways is to do this is to ask your team members about areas they don't know or they are not good at. You can both learn about that themes. After a while you should trigger their interest in constant learning.
