Quando se fala de educa??o profissional, associamos dois aspectos: a educa??o profissional é formal, e a encontramos em institui??es de ensino. Dessa forma, para criar um programa de educa??o profissional, a escola, primeiramente, precisa saber da comunidade as necessidades e os anseios. Nesse ambito, sair das quatro paredes da institui??o e avaliar esses quesitos a partir do contato direto com as pessoas da localidade é, n?o apenas coletar informa??es, mas também agir de acordo com o primeiro fundamento da educa??o: aprender a conhecer. E isso deve envolver empenho, respeito e empatia.
