Repetition defines confirmation. In my experience, it serves best when the same survey question is asked twice- either in a different asking format while jumbling up the order of options, or a different time/place/date altogether. This makes sure that the impact of the biases intrinsic to the participants (due to time, place, language of question, option arrangement, etc.) are damped. However, care needs to be taken to keep the survey duration with each participant short and objective, otherwise infuriated participants can intentionally alter the survey outcomes!
