One thing I have found helpful is to make a story about what happened in the other gathering, when members had no idea what to share for the first 15 minutes. When someone shared a story about how he was surprised to see another community doing something different, then they agree they need to think for alternatives outside their usual practices, even to seek external advice from other communities around them. That idea worked.
