Ai você poderá agrupar aquilo que é urgente e importante ao mesmo tempo, e depois aquilo que é urgente, importante, acomodando o restante da melhor forma. A nova estrutura vai ser definida em termos de quem vai fazer, as delega??es necessárias, o cronograma e aquilo que n?o é prioridade. Isso vai direcionar os esfor?os com ganhos de produtividade e eficácia.
