I recommend the “Global Storytelling Circle”. In this exercise, team members are invited to share personal stories or anecdotes related to their cultural heritage, travel experiences, or cross-cultural encounters. This storytelling session can be organized in a round-robin format, allowing each team member a dedicated time to share. To make it more interactive, encourage the use of visual aids, traditional artifacts or even brief language lessons. The emphasis is on creating a space where team members actively listen, ask questions & engage in a dialogue that transcends borders. This exercise not only promotes cultural learning but also nurtures a sense of inclusivity, empathy and connection among team members.
