So when I was exhibits manager I worked with the decorator to come up with a plan and unfortunately what I came up with did not always end up being the chosen plan by show management. My most successful shows happened when I took the the priority exhibitors (larger/loyal for years) into account when creating a plan. Another tip is have as many corner booths as possible as yiou can charge more for them due to two lanes of traffic and exhibitors seem to love end caps and four corner islands.
