I want to add that it’s important to see who else your influencer is promoting, and think of ways to not make it in the target audience face that it’s a sales pitch, or sitting in the photo. Maybe have the influencer do a make over to someone. Make it interesting.

Nailed it. This is step one. You will not be able to grow at the pace you are looking to grow without defining your objectives. Who is your ideal customer? What platforms does your target market use? etc.

I also want to add to this that setting a target limit for that one time so that you can see the change that the influencer makes. And the influencer should also be someone who is from this field and is liked by the public.
