As important as it is to learn the frameworks, machine learning practitioners should invest their time in learning more theory. Python is a relatively simple progamming language, and the frameworks (e.g.: TF, Keras, PyTorch) are well documented. Learn the theory and try to develop some examples with public datasets.

Given my expertise in Python, Big Data, and deep learning, along with experience as a Data Analyst and ML Engineer, I am well-equipped to contribute to machine learning framework development. My proficiency in tools like TensorFlow and PyTorch, coupled with practical application in projects at Millennium Global Business Solutions and Reliance Jio, demonstrates my hands-on experience. I have a solid foundation in data analytics, using technologies like AWS, Spark, and Databricks. This, combined with my role as a Software Engineer at Techienest, where I focused on Data Analytics, positions me to bring valuable insights and technical skills to enhance machine learning frameworks through innovative solutions and efficient methodologies.

I have used Supervised Machine Learning for classification of EEG brain signals to detect different imagined words (covert speech). This project has been successfully puplished by Elsevier.

As a machine learning student, I believe that it is very important to understand the theory behind the frameworks we work with. Then utilize those frameworks for different tasks where we can get a concrete understanding of how they work and perform. I would suggest there are multiple courses related to ML on udemy and coursera which you can utilize, and also go for practical courses.

Practice makes perfect. When it comes to learning and mastering any frameworks, such as NumPy, Pandas, and PyTorch, a lot of practice is necessary. That is, find ways to incorporate those ML frameworks into your projects and daily ML exercises. Overtime, you'll gauge a better understanding on how those frameworks are used and when. You'll also be able to better assess the tradeoffs for those frameworks, which can better help you determine which frameworks to use for your future ML projects.

This is my number one!! No matter how good the development is, if there’s no enough documentation on that, people Struggle and waste their time on trying to search and learn things . If material is readily accessible this can be reduced.

Challenge old concepts and differentiate your work from what was before. It is too often that salespersons try to ride on the trend-train whilst trying to simply stick the ML-Label on old stuff. This kills the momentum and might cause confusion. Thus, be clear about what is new and what is not ML.
