Next, right before an interview go through the job description and look for the buzzwords. These can give you insight into the kinds of questions they'll ask about. Consider what types of questions the buzzwords might inspire. Finally, if the interview is remote, write your answers on sticky notes out of camera view but where you can see them. If you get nervous you can use the notes to jog your memory!

Situational is one that I love to hear a person riff and talk through a project they are most proud of (and the targeted audience) and a project that was a challenge that they were proud of but they did not receive the feedback they expected and how they worked through it (or not).
