How can you collaborate better with your scrum team?

The most important thing I learned is that every role must be filled with people with the right skills soft skills according each position. You need people that believe and have the convictions to do the role with passion and commitment people who is looking to reach the maximum benefit of the project and also the success of the team.

En mi experiencia en un equipo scrum es fundamental que cada uno de los integrantes esté muy claro de su rol en el equipo alineado al marco de trabajo, igualmente es sumamnete importante que la persona adecuada sea asignada al rol que esté desempe?ando, esto permite no solo que cada uno tenga claridad de lo que debe hacer y sus aportes al equipo, sino del impacto que tienen sus desviaciones en el trabajo del equipo y cómo agregar valor en el desarrollo de los proyectos.

First and foremost, communication is key. Foster an open and transparent environment where team members feel comfortable expressing their ideas and concerns. Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective to ensure everyone is on the same page and aligned with project goals. Embrace the principles of self-organization and cross-functional collaboration, encouraging team members to leverage their unique skills and expertise. Regularly revisit and refine the Definition of Done to maintain a shared understanding of what constitutes a completed task.

Role clarity is very important and it should be done in early stage of Project Management. Proper resources with appropriate skills needs to planned first. Sooner you bring the clarity, faster is the project work completion. It is lead leader / Project Manager's responsibility.

I can enhance collaboration with my scrum team by fostering open communication, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and setting a precedent for engagement. By facilitating regular retrospectives, I aim to drive continuous improvement and adapt our processes to be more effective. I understand the value of team collaboration, so I'll organize team-building activities to strengthen our rapport. Additionally, I'll use agile tools to keep our work transparent and ensure we're all aligned with our objectives.

En cualquier proyecto la comunicación con el equipo y entre los miembros del equipo es fundamental para el desarrollo del proyecto, en scrum el daily es una herramienta que facilita la comunicación constante y productiva, porque ayuda a identificar los obstáculos y evitarlos y/o eliminarlos como equipo y de esta mismo forma ayuda a hacer reuniones mas cortas, frecuentes y eficientes, el buen uso de este artefacto nos da como resultado una mejora sustancial de la comunicación en el proyecto y su consecuente aporte para el éxito del proyecto.

Communication is vital in making things happen. Effective communication, regular review mechanism, two way communication, timely feedback systems etc makes good impact. Messenger needs to be confirmed that message is understood by next person. In today's world, there are new aids for fast, improved communication, needs to be utilized it smartly.

Embracing feedback and learning in a Scrum team is like refining a recipe in a high-pressure kitchen. Every team member (chef) brings their skills and experiences (unique ingredients) to the table. Feedback helps you identify what works well (flavorful spices) and what needs tweaking (too much salt). Embrace the learning process and share your newfound knowledge readily (distribute your secret sauce recipe) – it elevates the entire team's culinary game (Scrum expertise)!

Yes, inclusion needs to utilized very carefully. The person who works with his own hands, own thinking for getting solutions can give best suitable ideas. No doubt, some times person from different field can also give out of box ideas as there is no biasedness.

I had experienced it many times that a good team can do wonders. Team is built by trust, each member of team should be dependable, we should freedom to accomplish the job as per individual choice. It had been experienced that seniors tells how to do, sometimes what to do is more important. I believe 1 + 1 = 11

Además de los anteriormente presentados es muy importante : Servir en lugar de gestionar: Aunque pueda parecer contradictorio, los gestores de equipo eficaces se centran en “servir a sus equipos”en lugar de simplemente gestionarlos. Feedback constante y efectivo: Proporcionar retroalimentación constructiva, reconocer los logros y sugerir mejoras de manera positiva. Autoevaluación constante: Reflexionar sobre tu propio desempe?o y buscar oportunidades de mejora. Eliminar obstáculos: Identificar y resolver rápidamente los obstáculos que puedan afectar el progreso del equipo. Enfoque en el valor del cliente: El objetivo final de los proyectos siempre es entregar valor al cliente.
