The rest of the platforms are more for entertainment purposes, but you can still make it work. Or you can start writing a blog, including code blocks for projects you want to demonstrate your expertise in.

For a professional and academic audience, LinkedIn and Threads are ideal for showcasing achievements and engaging with industry discussions (notice I did not say X!). This is the part of AI that's kind of annoying right now. A big chunk of the "viral" content currently is "Look at this new cool product release." Another obnoxious one is "Here's 20 ChatGPT Prompts that will ___." While a new tool is important, I'm not seeing the same "experts" actually post how they use it in a business case. I'm much more interested in truly intellectual conversations like Ethan Mollick or people who are actually using the AI to create content on a subject or training. It will be very interesting to see which people become experts and who was simply a news chasers.

I believe that beeing unique is underestimated in this field as everybody does the same thing as everybody else. So my suggestion is try to solve a problem in a field where nobody is highly proficient. Trying to become a voice in computer vision for example is too hard because there are just too many people doing research and work in the space. But find a particular niche where you can apply your AI skills and then present and talk about your results, so that people will start considering you a unique voice.
