Some meetings can be tedious and some people just have a issue being personal at work and that is OK along with others who are very easily personal work. But make sure that we are all sharing, including the person conducting the meetings one point or one thing that was relevant this week.

I have been working with remote colleagues and staff since the 1990s. My job has predicated itself on the fact that most of the people we interacted with we're not in the room. Therefore, using teleconference facilities that predate the zoom and teams type platforms, we showed our faces on screen in a room. I highly recommend turning the camera on, showing your face and allowing the others to whom you were giving direction the ability to read your body language. Having the cameras off hinders your ability for them to see your attention being given and hinders your ability to see their attention being given to you. This is the same reason that international affairs groups physically travel to countries to have meetings. The face-to-face.
