An example of how we should be extremely careful in allying ourselves with other brands or companies is the popular saying that it takes years for a company to build a good reputation and only a few days to lose it. The study on organizational culture, sustainability, people management, history of the possible new partnership should use many recommendations, information and tools for analyzing the business situation!!!

I choose partners who share our values and have strengths that complement ours. It's important to check them out carefully and build good relationships based on clear communication and trust. Being flexible and regularly checking how things are going will help me keep these partnerships strong, even when things change. This way, both sides can benefit and create value together.
