However, as a remote leader, I believe that before you define your brand, it is critical to first determine your goal. Are you aiming to elevate your team, yourself, or attract new opportunities? Your goals will ultimately shape your brand and guide its development. Therefore, in my view, goal setting should be the initial step in building a successful personal leadership brand in a remote team

Demonstrate strong leadership qualities by setting a positive example, offering support, and fostering a sense of belonging. When communicating your brand, focus on telling stories. Honestly that has worked for me in my journey, no matter how long the story! Stories are a powerful way to connect with people on an emotional level. They can help your audience to understand your brand values, your mission, and your vision. We can also look at it with current thought leaders around the globe, you might have never met one of them but you idolize them simply because of their stories, what they portray as the protagonist.

My advice is, seek out for direct communication, don't force anything and mold the dialog to match their personality type.

Brand value has to deliver the message of how you impact others - your company leaders, colleagues, team members, suppliers, partners, clients, and general online audience or followers. It answers the question "What can I do for you?" and is not centered on "Who am I?".

If not, maybe the storming could take a bit longer. Until the safe space is established. and that comes with meetings, individual discussions, setting expectations and so on. In the end we could compare this to reaching the common denominator :))
