The KPIs will be our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). For every procedure we have an SOP. FOR every shift a briefing will be done by calling all the staff on duty. Clarifications if any will be cleared by the Duty Manager. After the shift is over we will carry out a de-briefing. This will help us as an SOP.
