I have found Slack channels and Google Chat spaces great ways to keep remote teammates both on my SEO team and those on my wider digital / dev teams aware of best practices and top news in SEO. Along the same lines Google Meet and Zoom have been essential for lunch & learn sessions, as well as for trainings with wider groups across organizations I’ve worked with. Shared project management apps like Airtable and Trello are also excellent for tracking and delegating work, with JIRA being an especially solid tool for collaboration with engineers and devs for our sprints. All these tools are super helpful in a remote environment and help with collaboration, delegation, and evangelization.
