Debemos entender que el rechazo existe siempre de alguna manera no solo en lo laboral, la importancia que le damos es lo que hace o genera emociones negativas o positiva, personalmente he aprendido a ver en todo lo bueno y como una manera de mejorar en algo personal.

Estoy de acuerdo con buscar ayuda o Consejos, pero es importante aprender que el mejor consejo viene de uno mismo de realmente saber nuestras fortalezas y debilidades es decir un FODA de nosotros mismos, sin la necesidad de tratar de encajar a la fuerza.

Having been on the hiring end for non-profit management roles, I am always surprised that some folks dont show much passion for the work--the communities, the people, the issues. Great to be a good manager but I want some energy around what we do what we do!

Die Erfahrung zeigt, dass vor allem bei Quereinsteiger:innen in das Management von NPOs eine "Prometheus-Haltung" herrschen kann. Damit meine ich, ich habe so viele Bewerber:innen kennenlernen dürfen, die kamen, um der NGO beizubringen, wie es richtig l?uft. überprüfe Dich, Deinen Lebenslauf, Dein Anschreiben und Deine innere Haltung, ob nicht auch einwenig Prometheus in Dir steckt. Falls ja: l?se es auf! NPOs brauchen kompetente Mitarbeiter, die genau da anpacken, wo die Organisation gerade steht und nicht Meta-Manger:innen, die Zielbilder zeichnen, die wie Zauberschl?sser klingen und aufgrund begrenzter NPO-Ressourcen und klarer Auftr?ge aus Satzung und historischer DNA unerreichbar sind.

De acuerdo con lo anterior, siempre hay alguien con más conocimiento en el tema y es saludable aprender de ellos, para buscar siempre el crecimiento o conocimiento de un poco de todo.

También estoy de acuerdo en todo lo anterior pero es importante en mi opinión ver que las funciones e intereses de la ONG sean de acuerdo con lo que nos gusta hacer o ayudar.

Me resulta útil meditar y saber que mis peores o mejores resultados dependen de mi y mi mente además de la forma de ver las cosas, si siempre se ve un " pero" en todo los resultados serán a medias o nulos, ver resultados, planificar y por qué no a veces hay que improvisar para ajustar el camino a la meta.

Als Gesch?ftsführer einer NGO habe ich laufend Bewerber:innen vor mir gehabt, die entweder aus der "H?lle der Kapitalisten" entkommen wollten oder mit Mitte 40 "endlich auch was Sinnvolles in ihrer Arbeit" bewegen wollten. Der 1. Punkt ist nicht ausreichend. Beim 2. habe ich gerne gefragt: "Wieso erst jetzt?". Faktisch ist der Job im Non-Profit-Bereich h?rter und undankbarer als vermutet: oft schlechte Infrastruktur (IT, Büros, ...), komplexe Strukturen (erst recht, wenn eine ehrenamtliche Pr?gung da ist) und natürlich schlechter bezahlt - als in der freien Wirtschaft. Also habe es beim n?chsten Bewerbungsgespr?ch klar und konkret vor Augen: Wieso machst Du das?
