How can you become indispensable to your company in Technical Analysis?

With all sense of humility, I think there should not be a professional that think of themselves as indispensable, it is alright to offer the rarest values any company can come by though. Understanding your platform, tools, optimization, challenges and technical way-out solutions in both price action and mathematical indicators usage. This gives you so much authority to be flexible and give different approaches to solve a problem in technical analysis. Your ability to put all of that ideas together makes you a better and one in a million technical analyst anywhere.

The advantage of continuous learning and practising in technical analysis will give birth to consistency and increase in profitability index. Over time of doing the same thing the same way, if the result is not encouraging, definitely, a technical analyst can modify and change till he is satisfied, that is growth. Developing a strategy comes easy with we knowing what we want and how we can get it.

Following the market is the ability to be relevant in researching and continuous learning space. Getting updates on the global events and having the right interpretation skill to utilize the information into tangible profit value. Understanding the trend of the market on the chart by identifying the orderflow. Measure the trend, determine the volatility, identify the volume. Analyze with confidence and anticipate with zero pressure for a good play in the market. Follow the market so well and enough to understand a stock, commodity or currency pair behavior.

Learn from others in similar or same industry. Learnability is a life-time process. Go out of your way to seek for a quality mentor and accountability partner(s) to help you grow far. Be relevant and active on learning platforms that will support your continuous learning, such as on LinkedIn or Quora or Slack and so on.

How you get better in career and life is through continuous learning process and that is a MUST in my own opinion. Surround yourself with people that are ready and actively informed and intentional about their growth and development.

Well said, I would like to add it's important to see the market how others see the market even if you don't agree with their points of view. This approach allows you have more belief if your strategy and also allows you to think how others think. Reading an hour a day aswell can be helpful anything from interview type books like Market Wizard & psychology books & even other strategy books.
