Most of the customers out there will normally keep an eye on how’s FE deal with the problems, how they manage to brainstorm prior to respond within a critical moment. I would say field service engineers can even do more than that, from the solution design point of view, implementation, after sales even maintaining a key account customers, create more business opportunities and a win win situation with the clients.

Training and Development:Ensuring that technicians are trained in the latest methods and technologies. Quality Assurance:Ensuring that jobs are completed to company and customer standards.
