Les enseignants chercheurs ont fait le parcours du combattant bourse de master bourse de doctorat à gagner puis concours de ma?tre de conférence puis habilitation à diriger des recherches puis le concours de professeur des universités avec une paye à l’entrée qui est de 1,3 le smic. Donc heures sup de cours pour vivre et quand on parle de les évaluer je réponds : donnez leur le moyen de faire leur travail dignement de toutes les fa?ons ils sont motivés combattifs et inspirés mais ils s’épuisent du manque de reconnaissance alors qu’ils donnent tout pour leurs étudiants.
