By that I mean if you are working on a project, then make sure to create a primary folder of the project and make a folder for every element like your b-rolls, voiceovers, etc. Make a rough list of all the graphics, SFX and other elements you might require before you sit to edit and then add more to it as per your requirement. Once you have these folders create a backup folder for the same project and make a copy of each folder to ensure that even if your original files corrupt, you still have the files to ensure hassle-free production.
