In my experience, it’s a must to test on multiple devices and platforms… this phase will save much of time and money when we make it early .. this issue maybe let some of our users not a fan for the app or website later on … and we must check the quality of our platforms are it suits to our users need and capacity.. or will we wait for this chock after going live ? … and in this time for any amendments we will use time, money and our structure plan for the app … and starting to make some maneuvers to solve this issues and it might be not going with our first plan to our app

I agree, but in my opinion we need to have from 2 to 3 round of users feedback for testing plan … the first when we release the first prototype and tester should test and getting a feedback based on specific metrics and on the target persona’s user that we target that app will use it … and the second one when we release the final … to make sure that our app is suits to our users …. And should be in specific metrics and the main testing plan should be for the wide range of users . The third one, it’s optional but in my experience i prefer it … after 8-10 months from the final released date … this phase i need to test by questioner’s or tracking user steps in app … this phase will collect some others persona’s
