Il n'y a rien de pire que de commencer à travailler sur un sujet sans en connaitre explicitement : - son client - ses utilisateurs - les besoins du client - les besoins des utilisateurs Il faut toujours étudier bien en amont pour éviter les quiproquos, et s'assurer une bonne couverture des besoins. Ainsi, il sera bien plus facile de créer une bonne couverture de tests vérifiant que ces besoins sont satisfaits.

In my experience having programmers adhere to a common coding standard improves when reading code. If the coding standards also include documentation of expected parameters and results this can also improve quality, as the test engineers will have documented code to test against.

Le contr?le de version est un excellent moyen de collaborer. Le plus connu est git, utilisé avec Github ou GitLab par exemple, et permet de travailler de manière organisée et sans craindre de perdre ou d'effectuer de mauvaises modifications des données. En revanche, il faut en amont réfléchir à la fa?on de collaborer avec ces outils qui ne sont pas forcément très faciles à prendre en main au départ. Enfin, instaurer des bonnes pratiques tels que des règles de nommage, des variables d'environnement pour les données sensibles, permet de garder un dép?t propre et sécurisé.

Mon cher LinkedIn, je sais que tu aime faire croire aux gens qu'il n'y a pas d'échec dans la vie, mais tu dois savoir et admettre qu'on ne peut pas échapper aux conséquences de ces actes !! Tu fais de la merde, tu ramasses de la merde, pas d'autres options. Ainsi, pour répondre à ta question : on évite les mauvaises pratiques, si c'est trop tard, on recommence. Allez au boulot là.
