I remember conducting and attending presentations from time to time by each discipline to other-disciplines professionals talking about the basics.

One of my favorite mottos is the one by Jeff Bezos: have strong opinions, loosely held. Often collaboration meetings lead to the deadlock when senior employees try to lead the discussion to the direction that they want. Some of them try to use this to seek confirmation for their approach. It is great to heartfully believe in something, but it is equally important to keep in mind that this might lead to self-fulfilling prophecy. Have strong opinions, but if someone brings in data and proof, thank them and update your view!

I establish very early on that constructive feedback is a gift and the most effective way to learn from each other, grow personally and professionally, and move fast. It should be professional (about the issue rather than an individual), direct, and timely. It doesn't come naturally to everybody and in some cultures may be considered impolite or even rude. A leader might play with different modalities, e.g. 1:1 vs. in a team setting, oral vs. written, concise vs. elaborate, etc. There is no single formula that works for everybody. It is important however that everybody understands that the purpose of feedback is ability to learn from each other and course correct fast when necessary.
